Karen Mee............

I was born in Wales and grew up in the Shires of East Midlands.

I learnt music from an early age beginning my journey on the Organ but had always longed to play the Saxophone......(that image, that mesmerizing sound)

I developed my passion and as my enthusiasm grew so too did my ability.

Examinations and professional development were the natural progression balanced by public performances within the Judy Nicol Big Band and Charnwood Music Saxophone Quintet.

I spent my time after college carving out a most successful and extremely fulfilling career as a Woodwind Instrumental Teacher.

My Teaching at that time was shared between both a Private Home Studio and Peripatetic Instrumental Teaching within Primary and Secondary Educational facilities.

In 2006 I took a leap of faith with my family to support my husband as we migrated to Australia where my journey of musical discovery and professional development continued.

Today I live in Nottinghamshire with a wealth of experience and brimming with enthusiasm to share and continue to educate myself through my love of music, its brain boosting, stress relieving and energy providing power!........where would you like your music journey take you?
